Efficient print management solution provided visibility, control & up to 30% cost savings for EFL
The EFL is world-renowned as the pioneering body within the origin of footballing competition.

As the EFL continued to grow they needed to expand their fleet of devices alongside the growth of their organisation.
Security and efficiency were key drivers for the club and clear objectives for Apogee to achieve within the following proposed solution.
A specialist Professional Service consultant from Apogee suggested consolidating the EFL’s fleet of Ricoh devices down from four standard agreements into one all inclusive Managed Service Agreement alongside a new, modern print management software which would help kick start them on their journey to print management.
This new tailored agreement created for the EFL supplied both the Preston and London locations with PaperCut print management software which essentially allows them to have full control and visibility over their printing needs and habits.
As well as the two player transfer deadlines in October and January of each year, the EFL are continuously printing invoices, security documents and other confidential
information which is of the up most importance that is stays with the intended user, giving the EFL increased data security which has assisted with GDPR compliance.
The ELF’s were also able to make considerable cost saving of up to 30% by implementing the PaperCut print management software. By introducing this to the club, they were able to view detailed reporting meaning the solution was slick and efficient from start to finish benefiting everyone at the EFL.
