Businesses from across the north of the country joined Apogee at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds to address the various challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.
The event opened with a powerful keynote from Apogee’s Group Marketing Director Gary Downey to discuss the concept of digital transformation, and continued with Julian Broster, Apogee’s Director of Professional Services, who focussed on conceptual functionality versus products.
Neil Palmer, EMEA Business Security Specialist from Canon, then highlighted the security challenges facing organisations before Jeremy Parish, Sales Director at Apogee Desktop Services, ran through Apogee’s end-to-end bespoke IT services.
Attendees were treated to live demonstrations from specialists at Apogee’s Professional Services team, covering distinct strategies to transform organisations and their operating processes, mitigating the threats and leveraging the advantages of digital technologies.
Feedback from the attendees on the day was very positive with many highlighting the sessions on the practical steps to GDPR compliance and transitioning from legacy to digital processes as particularly insightful. The event provided attendees with food for thought as to how their organisations currently operate and the optimisation opportunities available.
We are looking forward to continuing the success of our Strategies for Digital Transformation roadshow with our next event at The Houses of Parliament, London on Wednesday 30th May 2018.
