Field Service Engineer – London (Walker)

As a Walking Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to our high profile customers in the heart of London.

This is a highly customer focused role requiring you to carry out professional and efficient installation, breakdown, and routine maintenance on a range of multifunctional devices, printers and fax solutions equipment to the highest standards. You will be encouraged to identify potential business and solution sales opportunities to help contribute and achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Person Specification:

  • Experience of MFD’s and photocopiers such as: Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera, Samsung, HP
  • Network installation and troubleshooting experience (training will be provided)
  • Proven customer handling skills
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement philosophy
  • Adaptable, can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Pattern:

Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Closed Weekends and Bank Holidays

Remuneration:

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
