Linden Lodge had a range of print equipment from a variety of manufacturers, and a number of the devices were outdated and not fit for purpose. With image and print quality key, the existing fleet could not meet the school’s requirements in terms of colour, quality or volume. With numerous sites and departments, there was no centralised visibility or control of print costs.
Linden Lodge was also suffering from disappointing levels of service and insufficient support from the existing supplier.
By conducting a full assessment of existing print capabilities, and carefully reviewing the school’s document requirements. Apogee identified the shortcomings of the standing equipment quickly. This analysis identified a clear need for a high quality colour and high print volumes.
Cost centralisation and control was another vital need. Our detailed report highlighted an additional security need as the school regularly works with sensitive and confidential information. Understanding how the school operated was central to ascertaining its specific needs.
