Hempsons’ London office had been supported by Apogee since 2011. With additional offices in Manchester, Harrogate and Newcastle, the challenge set out in the tender was to find a solution that utilised up to date technology, while enabling staff to adapt quickly to the change.
It was clear that the technology requirement was for an integrated platform of Multifunctional Devices that would allow staff to distribute documents effectively, meeting the needs of a demanding workflow and client base. Hempsons is now enjoying improved efficiency as a result of enhancements to document production and distribution across its business. Cost allocation has also been significantly streamlined, thanks to the increased productivity made possible through Copitrak.
