The service we received was a revelation after our previous supplier.  We know the service engineers personally and getting hold of them is easy.  They always call when they are on their way, and sometimes we will call to talk through if we just need a quick refresher.  We really have no issues, the preventative maintenance is good, and we look at our workload and book them in advance when it’s convenient between larger jobs.
