- To ensure a high level of service delivery to Apogee’s Key Public Sector and Strategic clients
- Produce the relevant Management Information and present regular review meetings in conjunction with the relevant Client Liaison Executives and Account managers.
- Identify, adapt and develop the managed print requirements and additional services for clients in order to maintain the best efficiency of their fleet.
- This is both a field active and office based role to create a high standard of service delivery surpass the client expectations and promote the Apogee flagship of high profile clients.
Responsibilities
Provide active response to Strategic and Public sector clients for complaints and non-conformances
Provide assistance to assigned account managers in providing performance data, recommendations and fleet management provisions.
Key Performance Indicators must be maintained to a high standard of service levels within the clients fleet and avoid any contract breeches
Provide detail KPI reports to regional service managers on any underperformance or client complaints
Provide field assistance for installation role outs and adhere to Apogee PMO teams requirements
Provide assistance to Apogee PS teams both pre and post sales
Respond to all client complaints in a timely and professional manner providing regular updates to service directors and account managers
Provide a proactive approach to maintenance of the clients fleet of equipment
Maintain your own levels of knowledge and understanding of various manufacturer equipment, PS products and various software applications
Assist the call control centre with management of escalations, resource planning and management of assigned clients
Person Specification
High level presentation skills and communication with a good understand of service provision
A comprehensive level of MS Excel knowledge to enable analyses of data reports
Knowledge of ITIL Foundation 4 would be desirable
