Through the co-ordination of our centralised complaints process and customer satisfaction surveys, you will assist in delivering our managed services in a way that achieves customer satisfaction, meets quality standards and continues to improve our services. You will coordinate, maintain and report on all forms of feedback including complaints, compliments and feedback in accordance with our policy and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing and coordinating a range of performance information and for producing and analysing statistical reports for our Operations Management Team.
