The Contracts Administrator is responsible for loading all types of service contracts onto our system so that customers can receive service support where necessary and to initiate the billing process.
Responsibilities
Loading of all new service contracts in a timely manner
Generating the first customer invoice (if applicable)
Amending contact Details
Dealing with contractual queries
Raising credits and re-invoices
Person Specification
An analytical eye with good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Experience with a sales ledger application and Microsoft Office applications (basic Excel)
Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
A confident communicator with the ability to talk to people of all levels
Strong organisation skills
