The primary responsibility of a CLE is communicating directly with Sales & back office regarding our customer satisfaction levels.
The position also requires identifying opportunities for additional services / growth. To develop and execute short, medium and long term customer engagement and retention strategies with the objectives of significantly reducing cancellations.

Help define the KPIs for showing improvements
Positively influence business decisions through well-understood and articulated data
Respond to customer queries and address sales complaints in a timely manner
Work with Account Director’s in implementing sales promotion activities
Analyse customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention
Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction
Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses
Explain to customers about our additional services
Seek growth with the understanding of new revenue opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to deliver improvements
