A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Management division.
Responsible for client contract documentation used for both service and finance. Owning and maintaining a centralised Contracts platform in accordance with company compliance and lease guidelines while assisting in the creation of new contracts in line with our strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Maintaining an up to date Contracts Index
Responsible for making sure contract Terms and Conditions are current and in-line with Finance company rules, guidelines & regulations
Updating and maintaining contract codes for use within the business
Responsible for the security and use of bespoke contracts and changes to standard documentation
Owning policy use for each contract type
Assist the business in creating new contract types in line with our strategic initiatives
Owning the use of contracts on Apogee eSign platform, making sure contracts are compatible with Adobe Sign
Interdepartmental training including sales on new contract types
Owning and maintaining contract calculators
Working with Apogee funders on current and new contracts
Supporting Legal and Order processing to ensure contract guidelines are followed
Person Specification
Has a clear understanding of contract requirements from both a Finance and Service view
Engage and support stakeholders within Sales, Legal, BOP and Finance to provide advice and technical support on Standard and Non Standard contracts
Proven track record of working with Funders to ensure financial guidelines are adhered to and risks are mitigated
A keen understanding of GDPR and data protection is required
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
