Service Settlements Administrator (Maidstone)

Purpose of the role

  • Providing quality customer service to ensure all cancellation / settlement requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Generating settlement figures and liaising with finance companies
  • Producing letters to be sent out to our customers informing them of settlement details
  • Liaising with the Sales Department prior to sending correspondence to customers
  • Dealing with settlement requests from Sales people within agreed SLAs
  • Generating invoices and completing relevant administrative duties
  • Ensuring that all contract finalisations are being completed
  • Keeping a log of all requests and update notes on in house CRM system (CBS)
  • Organising collection times and dates for customers
  • Dealing with queries arising from the day-to-day activities of the department

Person Specification:

  • Knowledge of other MS Office programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and can respond to multiple deadlines, ensuring they are always met
  • Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
