This role will have two primary responsibilities; the first is the management and development of the organisation’s CRM system alongside supporting users of the system and maintaining the integrity of the information, in line with achieving the national sales and improvement strategies.
The second is the production of MI and Exec reporting to assist the Head of Improvement and Chief Sales Officer in the growth of understanding activity, opportunity and ultimately profitability within the sales, marketing, lead generation, bid and retention arenas.
This role is expansive and will see the individual engaged with multiple key business leaders, supporting the Head of Improvement in driving internal efficiencies whilst maintaining a matrix relationship to the Chief Sales Officer to provide a business partner approach in delivering the national sales strategy. The individual will become an integral part of the organisation’s year on year sales growth and thus should be looking to thrive in the high drive, high intensity workplace that Apogee provides.
