Revenue Manager

We are now looking to appoint a Revenue Manager to join our Finance Team, based at our Head Office in Maidstone. The successful applicant will be responsible for heading up our Contracts & Billings teams (currently 9 people) and will more than likely come from an accounting background.

Role Focus:

  • Driving, enhancing & improving internal processes
  • To ensure crucial information is captured and accurately administered within agreed timescales/SLA’s to maximise the output of invoices
  • Target/goal orientated – focused on achieving & exceeding monthly revenue targets
  • Analytical approach – looking at historical data & trends to highlight areas for improvements to maximise monthly invoice return values
  • Responsible for billing circa £3m per month

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

General Requirements:

  • Demonstrable ability to adopt and follow process and highlight potential improvements.
  • Accounting or Commercial work experience gained in a commercially dynamic and fast moving company desirable.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills –both written and verbal.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required.

Salary and package are negotiable depending on experience.
