Resource Planner (Maidstone)

The Resource Planner is responsible for scheduling engineers to repair and maintain customer equipment – overseeing a defined area/region of the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching and routing a team of Field Service engineers:
    • Ensuring that response time targets are met in line with SLA’s
    • Scheduling of engineers to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Daily tracking of outstanding parts and scheduling return to fits
  • Daily communication with our clients to update on outstanding calls / return to fits
  • Ensuring that agreed escalation and service processes are followed
  • Inbound & Outbound call handling
  • Internal communication with Field Service Management and the Remote Helpdesk

Person Specification:

  • A professional attitude
  • An attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • An ability to communicate with people of all levels up to Board of Directors
  • A Service Control background in our industry preferably with experience in using CBS (not essential)
