We are currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Maidstone. In this position, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers calling in by phone or making personal visits to the office. All visitors/callers are to be greeted in a courteous & competent manner, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a swift and effective fashion.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing travel and hotel bookings for Senior Management
  • Ordering and recording of expenditure (Tesco deliveries, vending machine supplies, stationary etc)
  • Assisting the key staff in the arrangement of customer meetings – primarily the CEO’s and other Board members
  • Post preparation & internal despatch (both secure and recorded deliveries)
