The Professional Services team is tasked with carrying out software installations, deployments and Support across Commercial, Strategic and Public Sector accounts. Software ranging across, Print Management, Scan Solutions, Workflow Solutions and Document Management.
As a Professional Services Academy Engineer, you will be aligned to a Senior member of the field based Professional Services team, learning a best practice approach to small and mass rollouts. You will be providing implementation and support to a wide range of customers, establishing yourself as the subject matter expert, with the support of senior colleagues within the team.
This will be a dual role implementation SME and Enterprise and public sector solutions working closely with the various teams which make up the Professional Services team as a whole in the delivery of these solutions. Hardware experience with full firmware update knowledge across multi vendors Including Java platforms, would be highly desirable.
