Hardware Returns Team Leader (Witham St Hughs)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of one of four teams in our 100k sq ft distribution hub in Lincoln (Goods In, Dispatch, Consumable Returns and Hardware Returns).

Responsibilities:

  • Committed to developing and coaching teams within the operation
  • Ensure that best practices and high standards are maintained with a passion for continual improvement
  • Be responsible for achieving targets within the team set by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Be responsible for the department working to the company’s health and safety procedures and ensure all working areas are kept clean, tidy and in a safe condition at all times.
  • Attend meetings and training courses as and when required.
  • Assess and record the performance of the team, providing feedback on a regular basis.
