Fleet Administrator

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Maidstone. The successful candidate will provide key administration for the company’s commercial vehicle fleet as well as support to the Fleet & Health & Safety Manager.


  • Managing the day to day management of the company’s large fleet
  • Liaising with Drivers
  • To maintain effective Fleet administration systems, including accurate and comprehensive data entry, in line with Company
  • requirements and procedures
  • Must be able to make assertive decisions with suppliers and drivers whilst developing good working relationships
  • Liaising with fleet suppliers on fuel card/ leasing/ insurance and maintenance issues
  • Controlling the issuing and return of all fleet vehicles
  • Being the key point of liaison for all accident reporting and repair management
  • Maintaining the distribution of fuel cards
  • Control of hire and loan car bookings
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Any other duties requested by Fleet & Health & Safety Manager

  • Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes
  • Good interpersonal and team work skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone manner
