What will I be doing?
You will gain full exposure to one of the largest departments within the business, the Managed Services Operation Centre (MSOC) based in Maidstone, Kent. MSOC has 5 key areas where we provide ongoing support to our customers:
Our customers first point of contact dealing with basic queries and also distributing calls to the correct teams.
Remote Monitoring Support
This team remotely monitor software for customers based around UK & Europe
Responsible for supporting our larger customers, ensuring we are consistently achieving a high level of service this will also involve booking engineer visits.
This team consists of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, providing specialist technical vetting and resolution to our customers.
This team looks after different areas of the UK managing a team of Field Service Engineers planning their daily workload.
