- Logging cancellation requests on an online Smartsheet portal
- Liaising with finance companies on the status of lease agreements
- Liaising with other internal departments to check the status of queries that are related to cancellations
- Raising settlement invoices/quotes and liaising with our logistics team to arrange collection of machines.
- Answering customer queries via telephone in relation to cancellations
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required.
- Attention to detail, in order to ensure that cancellation figures are calculated correctly in accordance with terms and conditions of agreements
- Competent Microsoft office skills
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills both between customers and internal departments
- Willingness to learn something new everyday
- Excellent time management skills in order to follow our process correctly
