Contracts Administrator (Maidstone)

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for loading all types of service contracts onto our system so that customers can receive service support where necessary and to initiate the billing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading of all new service contracts in a timely manner
  • Generating the first customer invoice (if applicable)
  • Amending Contact Details
  • Dealing with contractual queries
  • Raising credits and re-invoices

Person Specification:

  • An analytical eye with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel)
  • Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
  • A very good telephone manner with both internal and external clients
