Business Administration Apprentice

To coincide with our growth, we are delighted to offer a number of Business Administration Apprenticeships at our Head Office in Maidstone, based on the 20/20 Business Park.

This is the hub of our business and where we find all the important support functions, such as:

  • Billing/Contracts – These teams focus on obtaining up to date information from our customers to ensure a smooth and accurate billing process as well as any contractual queries or changes
  • Finance – You could be dealing with anything from the Sales/Purchase Ledger through to daily banking and credit control
  • Sales Order Processing – Focus on dealing with the administration relating to new customers within Apogee like getting them set up on our internal systems as well as liaising with our finance providers
  • Service Centre – We have a number of teams within this area of the business, they support our huge customer base via telephone and email. Duties will range from ordering consumables to arranging engineer visits as well as technical support

We may also have a limited amount of opportunities within Marketing, Recruitment & Sales.

The Apprenticeship in Business Administration will focus on generic modules to help you on the way to a long term career in your chosen field, we will also have the opportunity to hand-pick modules for each individual, so it relates to your day to day role, as well as your career aspirations.

You will receive fantastic support from both your manager and colleagues, as well as your own course Tutor, who will be there every step of the way.
