Call Charges

On average, we reduce call charges by 25%, with much more to be saved if you are with BT. We do this using CPS (Carrier Pre Selection) a seamless process which allows us to make reductions by routing your calls in the most cost effective way from your local BT exchange. In order to guarantee call quality and international call termination Apogee only use Tier One carriers

The service migration process takes around 7-10 working days to complete.

Line Rental

Renting telephone lines is a fixed cost which can get quite costly if left unmanaged. If your line rental charges seem to be spiraling out of control let Apogee advise a cost-effective alternative to help lower your charges.

On average, we can reduce the cost of digital lines (ISDN2e or 30e), analogue lines or a combination of both by 15%. Your lines are transferred to us over the WLR3 platform which means we can manage, schedule and track BT Openreach engineers in the event of service calls or new line installations
