F Smith & Co. Merger Completed - 06/12/2005
Apogee Corporation acquired F Smith & Co Ltd formally based in
Horley in October 2005 as the first part of the company's growth and
development plans. We have now completed the integration requirement
unifying the customer base and reorganising resources to deliver better
service levels and increased customer satisfaction throughout our
service catchment area.A new Southern Reigon sales operation has been
created based in our new premises at Partridge Green West Sussex.In addition to the availability of a more comprehensive range of products we have established a dedicated supplies team able to help all of our customers with consumables for all facsimilie and desk top printers in addition to general office supplies and stationary.F Smith has been a creditable acquisition helping us to expand our sales and service operations.
