Following the acquisition made in December 2016, as of 6th February the CityDocs company name will change to Apogee and everything will be rebranded across the business from websites to building signage. From this date all correspondence received will be on Apogee stationery but rest assured you can continue to rely on the same high levels of service you have always expected from us, it’s business as usual!
If you are a CityDocs client your service experience will not be affected by this name change, and all service and support you have contracted with CityDocs will continue to be delivered under the Apogee name through our national managed services operations centre in Maidstone.
You can continue to use the same telephone numbers on the front of your machines should you need to request assistance or an engineer visit as these will be re-routed. Alternatively you can call the Apogee managed services operations centre directly on 0345 300 99 55.
