Appointment of Roger Goodman as Chairman of Apogee Corporation
Apogee Corporation is delighted to announce the appointment of Roger Goodman as Chairman to the Board of Directors. This exciting announcement marks a further milestone in the development of Apogee Corporation, one of the UK’s leading independent digital office solutions specialists.
Roger has enjoyed a long and distinguished career most notably as an executive board director for MITIE Group PLC, one of the UK’s leading FTSE 250 businesses. Roger has been with MITIE since its inception and was appointed to the Board in 2001. Roger is also the Chairman of Networkers International PLC and currently sits on the Board of The Business Services Association and Asset Skills Council.
Apogee has demonstrated tremendous growth since its inception both organically and through the completion of nine strategic acquisitions in the last six years. Roger will add significant value on the strategy, business development and managing this growth given his vast experience gained with MITIE.
Apogee already has a strong Board in place including the founders of the business Jason Collins and Barry Ferdinand along with non-executive directors Pieter Hooft and Jamie Szpiro. Roger will be a valuable addition to this group of UK business leaders. Pieter Hooft of the Apogee Board commented on the appointment;
