Apogee Completes 16th Acquisition, Strengthening Already Prominent National Presence

Coming on the heels of another recent acquisition, Apogee Corporation is delighted to announce its 16th acquisition in the form of Total Digital Solutions Ltd.  Based in Bolton, Total Digital has regional offices in Manchester, London, Newcastle, Birmingham and Leeds.

Apogee Corporation is one of the UK's leading independent suppliers of Digital Office Solutions, Managed Print Services and Telecommunications with offices nationwide offering specialist solutions to a diverse range of customers. Along with two new sales offices, Apogee has recently announced the expansion of its product & services portfolio to include solutions for the specialist mailing market.

These recent acquisitions are key factors in Apogee's sustained and rapid growth, having more than doubled in size since 2008, a fact which has been recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 List; a list of the fastest growing organisations in the UK.

In addition to acquisitions, this growth has been accomplished organically. Having achieved more than 40% revenue growth on the first half of 2011, Apogee is on course to realise sales in excess of £70 million in 2012, not taking into account further strategic acquisitions in the pipeline. Consistent with Apogee Corporation's entrepreneurial dynamism and ambition, this growth has now extended to mainland Europe with significant contracts in excess of £15 million to supply managed print solutions across the continent.

Apogee will be employing tried and tested integration processes to facilitate a smooth transition for Total Digitals clients, which number more than 3000. These clients will have access to Apogee's decades of experience designing tailored innovative solutions. As an independent Managed Print Specialist, Apogee's clients benefit from the latest 'best of breed' hardware and software from its industry leading partners.
