Acquisition 14th Apogee Corporation Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Warwickshire based Churchill Office Solutions. The acquisition of Churchill, our fourteenth to date, further demonstrates the growth of Apogee, one of the UK’s leading independent digital office solutions specialists.

Churchill Office Solutions was established in 1995 generating a 2010 turnover in excess of £3 million. Churchill worked with many businesses throughout the Midlands providing document output solutions from Ricoh & Canon. Additionally, Churchill had begun to develop their portfolio of telecommunications and mobile communications offerings, all of which will be easily complimented by Apogee’s all-encompassing range of products and services.

Apogee has a firmly established nationwide presence, which includes a key regional office in neighbouring Leicester. This new addition to the Apogee family will strengthen our presence in the Midlands and will further enhance the platform from which we create our unique and innovative solutions.

Apogee have had a very busy 2011, having completed transactions to acquire Waterlooville based A Healey Office Equipment, South Wales Photocopiers, Gemtec Ltd in Hull and more recently, ABS Technology – a leading supplier of voice & data services. Apogee has additionally demonstrated high levels of organic growth against the industry trend this year, with sales revenues up by in excess of 40% year on year.
