Apogee Acquires Morgan Brookes Plc

Apogee Corporation are delighted to announce an 8th acquisition in the form of Morgan Brookes Plc. Morgan Brookes was established in 1999 and are based in the Docklands, one of London’s most densely populated and fastest developing regions.

This 8th acquisition in just 5 years will strengthen Apogee’s already prominent national presence with an obvious impact in the Central London area.

Morgan Brookes has demonstrated tremendous achievement over the years. They have been included in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, a list that celebrates and recognises fast growing organisations, two years running. They have also received awards from the London Chambers of Commerce.

Utilising tried and tested integration processes Apogee will now work closely with the existing Morgan Brookes customer base to ensure they feel the full benefit of being partnered by a large, full national solutions specialist.

This most recent acquisition further demonstrates the strength of Apogee, a business continuing to exhibit growth at a time when many UK businesses, particularly within the office solutions industry, are taking decisions to downsize their operations.
