Our 7th Acquisition, City Digital - 22/10/2009

Apogee Corporation are delighted to announce their 7th acquisition in the form of City Digital Ltd. City Digital are based in Coalville, East Midlands and have over 30 years of trading history.

This 7th acquisition in just 4 years rapidly follows our recent purchase of Express Copiers Ltd in Wales and further demonstrates the strength of Apogee and our ability to exhibit continued growth at a time when many businesses, particularly within the office solutions industry are doing quite the opposite.

Having completed the purchase of City Digital Ltd we are now applying our long since proven integration procedures to combine our existing Midlands infrastructure with our new premises, staff and customers.

The new Midlands office will provide a sales and service centre specifically located at the very heart of our central UK operation offering an improved local presence for all of our clients within the surrounding counties.

When asked about Apogee's Recent Growth Transaction the Apogee board declared; "Having completed two acquisitions in recent months, bringing our overall total to seven acquisitions in a little over four years, we continue to maintain our growth momentum in-line with our corporate goals.
