Apogee Announce 6th Acquisition - 15/10/2009

Apogee Corporation are delighted to announce a 6th acquisition in the form of Express Copier Services Ltd. Express are based in Neath, Wales just 8 miles from Swansea and have over 30 years of trading history.

This 6th acquisition in just 4 years will strengthen Apogee's already prominent national presence with an obvious impact across the Wales region.

Utilising tried and tested integration processes Apogee will develop the existing Neath office into a combined and thriving sales and service centre strengthening our unique "blank canvass" approach to digital document solutions sales and support throughout Wales.

This most recent acquisition further demonstrates the strength of Apogee, a business continuing to exhibit growth at a time when many UK businesses, particularly within the office solutions industry, are taking decisions to downsize their operations.

When asked about Apogee's Recent Growth Transaction the Apogee board declared;

Over the coming months Apogee has its sights set on more acquisitions with many in the later stages of negotiation. Despite the current economy Apogee are continuing to exhibit strong growth.
