guaranteed.
We compliment our comprehensive service call management platform
with proprietary software for reporting and analysis. We have also
developed a customer front end to the system "Apogee Interactive"
allowing customers to directly interface with our systems.
To ensure our field based technicians are kept up to date we have
equipped them all with PDA devices allowing instant communication of all
your service needs, stock levels and other vital information direct to
their hand-top!
Flexibility: We can offer out of hours service to ensure that your needs are met whatever the time of day.
An individually tailored service programme designed to seamlessly integrate into a customers business with a dedicated IT specialist and service account manager for their account.
Contingency: We supply a loan machine in the unlikely event that a machine cannot be fixed on site.
For larger customers, should they wish, we can train a key operator to perform the routine maintenance on their equipment and supply them with a stock of routine replacement parts to ensure excellent up-time.
Dedication: For any customers with 200+ machines we will
open a local service centre within 5 miles of their premises carrying an
extensive stock of spare parts and housing their dedicated support staff
to guarantee rapid response to their service calls. Using our unique
interactive website we will give customers direct access to our service
call logging system, allowing them to book all their service calls and
order all their toner online further reducing our service response
times.
