John Carter
Prior to joining Apogee John Carter was with Konica Minolta where for the last year he held the title National Dealer Service Manager providing technical, management and training services to all dealers throughout the UK.Although John has been working within the copier business since 1973 the major part of his career has been with Rentokil Office Machine Maintenance and formerly Style Business Technology. He joined Style in 1979 appointed Service Manager in 1981 with a team of 4 engineers who he grew to 19 by 1989 to match company sales. John was instrumental in developing the infrastructure that gave a solid foundation to the business in finance and profit and loss management. "At Style we achieved an enviable reputation for customer service measured through traditional lines for this industry. We were also amongst the first dealerships to introduce a fully computerized service system".
