Our team of trained service call controllers are on hand to answer in person, to provide live support and keep you updated on the progress of your query as we work to resolve it. As we are a nationwide company, our team is split by area and so wherever you are based, be it in the city centre or in the far-flung countryside, a member of our team will have specialised knowledge of your area in order to provide the optimal level of support.
A high percentage of issues are fixed via a remote network connection by our expert engineers on our Remote Managed Service team. Our pre-emptive fault avoidance service allows the team to monitor all devices on a real time basis fixing potential issues before they occur.
As with our call controllers, our field engineers are split by area and cover our entire nationwide fleet. If a problem cannot be resolved with our Remote Helpdesk then an engineer will be dispatched and will be at your site within our promised response time of four hours or the individually agreed response time between you and Apogee.
