Service Controller

Apogee Corporation are the UK’s largest independent Europe-wide managed service provider for print, document and process technology. Apogee have enjoyed significant growth during recent years and the business is looking to grow further during 2016 and beyond, both organically and through further acquisitions!

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Dispatching and routing a team of Field Service engineers:
o Ensuring that response time targets are met in line with sla’s;
o Scheduling of engineers to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
• Daily tracking of outstanding parts and scheduling return to fits;
• Daily communication with our clients to update on outstanding calls / rtf’s;
• Ensuring that agreed escalation and service processes are followed;
• Internal communication with Field Service management and Remote helpdesk

The main requirements for this role are:

• A professional attitude;
• An attention to details and commitment to accuracy;
• An ability to communicate with people of all levels up to Board level;
• A Service Control background in our industry preferably with experience in using CBS;
• Flexible and hard-working
