Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Resource Planning Administrator based at our Head Office in Maidstone. This role would suit candidates who have existing knowledge of call handling, system knowledge of CBS and most importantly, a willingness to deliver great services at all times. You will need to have the drive to learn and grow in this exciting area of our Managed Service and the passion to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.
You will be working with our Dispatch team assisting the Call Dispatchers with their daily workload including managing emails, pro-active call management, running reports and managing calls with third party suppliers amongst other duties. You will have close working relationships with all areas of operations including field service and logistics.
