Customer Care Champion

We are now looking to appoint a Customer Care Champion, following on from an internal promotion. The customer care team deal with requests for cancellations of service agreements. Dependent on the terms of the agreement, sometimes there is a service settlement due which needs to be calculated and communicated to the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging cancellation requests on an online Smartsheet portal
  • Liaising with finance companies on the status of lease agreements
  • Liaising with other internal departments to check the status of queries that are related to cancellations
  • Raising settlement invoices/quotes and liaising with our logistics team to arrange collection of machines.
  • Answering customer queries via telephone in relation to cancellations

 

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required.

General requirements:

  • Attention to detail, in order to ensure that cancellation figures are calculated correctly in accordance with terms and conditions of agreements
  • Competent Microsoft office skills
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
  • Communication skills both between customers and internal departments
  • Willingness to learn something new everyday
  • Excellent time management skills in order to follow our process correctly
