Contracts Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will need good organisational skills and will be required to deal with both internal and external clients in a professional manner.

Main Tasks:

  • Loading of all new service contracts in a timely manner
  • Generating the first customer invoice (if applicable)
  • Amending Contact Details
  • Dealing with contractual queries
  • Raising credits and re-invoices

 

The ideal candidate will need the following:

  • An analytical eye with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel)
  • Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
  • A very good telephone manner with both internal and external clients
