Billing Co-ordinator

We currently have an opportunity within our Billing & Contract team for a Billing Co-ordinator to join our team in Maidstone.

The successful candidate will need good organisational skills and will be required to deal with both internal and external clients in a professional manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting customers to obtain accurate meter readings on a monthly basis
  • Capturing and inputting customer data
  • Dealing with customer queries via email/phone
  • Raising invoices/credits for settlements
  • Assisting with month end procedures

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will need the following:

  • An analytical eye with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel)
  • Must have a very good telephone manner with both internal and external clients.
  • Flexible and hard-working
